The lounge rents fully furnished nail spa workspaces. Each workspace has high-end nail spa chairs, or acrylic work stations if the associate prefers, and associates receive support services including administrative help.

Hand and foot services are sold as named packages. Holler at Holly is a standard manicure that includes a five-minute Aegean Sea Breeze lotion massage. Rehydrate with Holly uses coconut and jasmine products with paraffin, an exfoliation scrub and a hydrating cream massage, and the site positions it for dry or sensitive skin. The Hudson foot packages step up in length and extras: Kick It with Hudson is a basic pedicure with an exfoliation scrub and a short lotion massage, Pamper with Hudson adds a vegan bath bomb, callus treatment and a moisture mask, and Rehydrate with Hudson and Chill Out with Hudson add paraffin and longer cream massages, with Chill Out with Hudson also using Dead Sea salts and a tingling mint scrub.

Visitors can ask for complimentary water during their appointment. Listed prices are suggested only, and each technician may negotiate and set their own rates. If a client is not satisfied, a touch-up is offered before checkout. Once a service is received and paid for, a full refund is not given; other outcome concerns are reviewed in limited cases within three days of service, and each technician may change the refund policy for the services they provide. Gift cards can be bought in store or on the website.

Each associate is an independent licensed nail professional who sets their own schedule, chooses their own clients and runs their own business, while the lounge supplies the furnished space and support services.

The lounge describes its spaces as first-class, high-end nail spa settings.
