Loc maintenance is the core of the menu. A standard visit covers a shampoo and basic style in about 30 minutes, with an extra $20 for locs past the shoulders and $10 for each inch of new growth beyond one inch on innerloc methods. Other maintenance options include a luxe organic session with tea tree shampoo, flaxseed gel, hot oil and a herbal steam massage; a therapeutic session with hot oil, steam, lavender mint shampoo and a short massage; a cash-only retwist and basic style that runs at least two hours and is not offered for interlocking or needle methods; and a shampoo-only appointment. Scalp-focused options include a Dandruff Solv shampoo meant to help loosen crusty buildup, an apple cider vinegar and baking soda detox, a seaweed soak, and a hydro steam massage shampoo.

Starter locs are done with palm roll, comb twist, braid or twist methods. Hair should arrive washed, dry and free of oils, and some techniques take more than one day. Loc extensions include the hair and require a consultation, which can be held by Zoom, FaceTime or in the salon. The install deposit runs from $450 to $550 and is nonrefundable, though it can be used once to reschedule. Appointments must be cancelled 72 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and personalized extensions can take up to four weeks. Refunds are not offered, so clients are asked to research before booking.

Beyond locs, the studio offers braids, knotless and invisible crochet installs, Marley loc twists, synthetic loc up-dos and loc sprinkles. Packages bundle shampoo, scalp work, maintenance and repairs. The Loc Saver membership offers monthly maintenance and repairs on a single or family plan. There is also a one-hour in-person loc course on twisting and maintaining locs with small kits provided, and fitness consults in person or online.
