The practice is built on the idea that the way a person approaches aging influences how quickly they age, so the work centers on skin health and an age-embracing outlook. The studio says it works without judgment, focusing on education, guidance, healing and empowerment, and it treats confidentiality and education as top priorities. Its techniques are described as non-invasive and results-driven, aimed at healthy, vibrant skin.

Before booking, new clients fill out a skin health form. Each first visit opens with a 30-minute holistic consultation and intake, followed by a first facial: a two-step cleanse, skin assessment, exfoliation, Gua Sha, facial cupping, Vodder lymphatic drainage, treatment masks and finishing products. Each facial is adjusted to the skin's needs on the day or to a plan agreed beforehand, and clients may request a specific technique in advance. Products are selected so they leave the skin barrier undisturbed. The studio stocks the Laurel Skin and Blissoma lines, which are organic and plant-based, for use during treatments and for retail.

Beyond treatments, the studio teaches holistic self care workshops that show clients how to look after their own skin, with a video for home use after an in-person class. It also runs offsite self care workshops for gatherings, in person or virtually. Personal styling is available virtually or in person and covers closet audits, personal shopping and special event styling. Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel, with late cancellations and no-shows charged the full amount, and three or more reschedules or cancellations can end the ability to book. Clients are asked to avoid smoking or wearing fragrance before visits, silence their phones, and leave guests and animals out of sessions unless discussed in advance. Skincare purchases cannot be exchanged or returned, though a client who has a reaction should contact the studio.

Facial work centers on lymphatic drainage and connective tissue massage, with skincare chosen so it leaves the skin barrier undisturbed, and each session is adjusted to the skin's needs that day.
