Facials are the core of the menu. The Customized Facial (50 minutes, $165) includes a double cleanse, targeted exfoliation, extractions when needed, a customized mask, red light therapy and facial massage with finishing products. The Acne Facial (50 minutes, $150) pairs extractions and exfoliation with blue light and high-frequency therapy. The Glass Skin Facial (75 minutes, $210) adds dermaplaning, an enzyme treatment, a light chemical peel, and red light and oxygen treatments. A New Client Facial is offered at $150.

Add-ons include dermaplaning ($40), chemical peels ($50, selected by skin type and goals) and a 40-minute myofascial massage ($95). Epidermal Infusion is offered as an advanced facial infusion, and Esthetic Buccal Massage is offered to address facial tension and a firmer appearance. Needling is offered for the face alone, or for the face, neck and chest.

Packages include the Sculpt & Release Series of three sessions ($499.50), the Customized Facial Series of six facials with 10% off ($810), and several needling bundles. Some needling packages include a homecare kit with each session, and some include a PDRN (salmon DNA) infusion. The Haven Glow Membership costs $150 a month and includes one customized 50-minute facial, 10% off add-ons, advanced treatments and retail products, priority booking, a birthday month gift, and access to member sales and events. Members can book an additional facial for $150 each month. Gift certificates come in $50, $100, $150 and $200.

Appointments must be booked in advance, and payment is due at the time of service by Venmo, Zelle or credit card, with a 4% fee on credit cards. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations carry a 50% fee, and missed appointments, last-minute cancellations and no-shows carry a 100% fee. Late arrivals may have their session shortened. Clients are asked to arrive with clean skin and no makeup, SPF or skincare products, to avoid exfoliation and active treatments for three to five days beforehand, and to disclose medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. The studio generally recommends facials every four to six weeks and advanced treatments every six to eight weeks, and suggests a series of three to six facials with homecare for lasting results. All sales are final.

Every appointment is personalized around the client's skin goals, with treatments that favor long-term skin health over quick fixes.
