Enhancements and gel manicures carry a 48-hour guarantee: lost enhancements, chips or lifting reported within that window are repaired free of charge when the client books. Repairs must be booked within 5 days of the first service, and repairs made after 3 days or needed for breakages, tears or corner breaks are charged. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. Clients who are unhappy with their nails should say so before paying, and the salon will adjust them or remove enhancements or coatings. If dissatisfaction is reported right after a service, it is redone at no cost. Refund requests after a redo go through a written Customer Complaint Procedure that includes photos of the nails, and no cash refunds are given once a client has left.
