Its focus is customized color and personalized hair and scalp care, with services designed around each client's hair, lifestyle and longer-term goals.

Color is the core of the menu. Custom blonding and dimensional color can be done with highlights, lowlights, balayage, babylights or AirTouch, with the technique chosen by the stylist, and includes a protective treatment, a pH-balancing treatment, a toner or glaze, a scalp massage and a blowout. Color blocking, a two-tone option, includes custom color placement, glaze, a scalp massage, a hair treatment, a precision haircut and a blowout, and costs $30 less when no haircut is chosen. Root touch-ups refresh up to one inch of regrowth for gray coverage and solid-color maintenance, and are not a blonding or highlighting service. One solid all-over color includes a precision haircut and finished blowout.

Scalp and hair treatments form a second strand of the menu. Problem Solving Hair and Scalp Facials include a treatment, a five-minute scalp massage, aromatherapy and a blow-dry style, and can be enhanced with a longer scalp massage, a hair steamer or a waterfall rinse. Customized Hair Health Treatments come in Hair Chelating Detox, Herbal Infusion and Blonde Glow options. Seasonal rituals are offered at certain times of year, including autumn services available September through November.

Booking is by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. New clients are being accepted for customized color and personalized hair and scalp treatments, while haircut appointments are limited and available to new clients by referral. A new client consultation costs $25, must begin before 6:30 PM, and is where new clients review the policies before booking. Cancellations and reschedules need 72 hours' notice, changes within 72 hours may carry a 50% fee, and missed or same-day cancelled appointments are charged the full service. A card on file may be charged for these fees. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may need to have services adjusted or be rescheduled. The salon is open Monday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Friday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Free parking is in the lot, and guests can expect Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks, and a TV. The salon is not wheelchair accessible, according to its listing.
