Lash services include full sets of extensions, refills for clients who are partway through a set, and natural lash lifts, tints, or a combination of both. Clients who had extensions applied somewhere else can book a foreign fill, which is a 90-minute appointment with a $50 deposit. If a full removal is needed during that visit, a discount is applied toward the cost of a full set.
Facial services include a Signature Facial, a 60-minute treatment, and a Backtial, a 60-minute back facial that combines exfoliation, cleansing, and hydration. Brow services and waxing offer several options each, with waxing appointments starting at 10 minutes.
Memberships give regular clients a monthly rate on lash services. Options include two lash refills, two refills paired with a facial, or a volume lash membership, each billed every four weeks. Membership benefits are applied automatically when a client books through the Services page and checks out in store.
The studio explains its policies up front. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late changes may be charged up to half the service price or the equivalent membership credit. No-shows may be charged the full price. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
