HLA Spa continues the business formerly known as Body Frame Spa, founded in 2017. The Vienna studio at 8216 A Old Courthouse Road is the former Body Frame location under its new name, while the Fort Myers studio at 3949 Evans Ave, Suite 404 still operates under the Body Frame name. HLA stands for High Level Aesthetics, and the letters also form a Burmese word meaning beauty.

Services are grouped into body contouring, body care, facial care, recovery care, focused care, technology, consultation, hair removal, and annual memberships. Body work includes an Ultrasonic Liposuction Body Makeover, a focused ultrasound treatment, Cellulite Smoothing for uneven skin texture, and a 30-minute Ult-Therapy Lipo Body Makeover.

Facial options include Thermal Lift and Collagen Facials, which aim at the appearance of firmness and texture and include the 8 Point Facelift, along with a Hydro Facial. Anti-aging skin care can draw on chemical peel, IPL, microdermabrasion, skin tightening, and face contouring. Double Chin and Face Contouring is a consultation-led service that can include Thermal Lift options. Recovery care covers lymphatic drainage, post-surgery cavitation, and recovery appointments.

Services are tailored to each client's goals, with options explained before booking, and online booking runs through Fresha, where availability and service details are confirmed at booking. A dedicated one-hour Microcurrent and Red Light Therapy session costs $250.

The spa offers yearly memberships at two levels, Silver and Gold. Silver covers one membership service and one free 30-minute red light session each month, plus 25% off regular-priced packages and 15% off regular-priced retail skincare. Gold adds a second service and a second complimentary red light session monthly, raises package savings to 30%, and keeps the same 15% retail skincare discount. Pricing and sign-up are settled by phone. Each month, members may pass one membership service along to a companion. Membership benefits can't be stacked with promotions, coupons or gift certificates. Financing runs through Cherry, which decides approval, eligibility, rates and terms, so ask the spa before arranging a payment plan.
