Curly cuts are done dry, curl by curl. Each visit starts with a consultation and curl assessment that covers hair history, challenges, goals, curl pattern, density and health, followed by a hands-on lesson in cleansing, hydrating, styling and refreshing curls at home. A personalized curl plan with product recommendations is sent within 24 hours. Clients arrive with hair down, dry and in its natural pattern, and are asked to avoid ponytails, buns, braids, hats and clips beforehand. Curl Confidence Sessions and Curl Rehab treatments are also offered.

Color is a large part of the menu. Balayage and custom blonding come in partial and full sessions with customized placement and blending, traditional highlights include a single gloss, and base color covers touch-ups and all-over color with gray coverage and gray blending. Vivid services include overlays for existing Vivid clients, color correction, and a full Vivid Transformation that includes pre-lightening, a haircut and Olaplex. Color appointments begin with a consultation.

Extensions are a specialty, with Bellami Professional hair. A complimentary consultation chooses an extension method and color match using a full Bellami swatch ring. Maintenance includes push-ups every 6 to 10 weeks, a reinstall every third push-up, and new hair every 12 to 18 months. The salon recommends blow-drying extensions after washing rather than air drying.

To book, clients use Vagaro. New guests receive a confirmation email with parking information and first-visit hair instructions, and a matching form helps new clients decide which service or stylist to choose. Prices vary by stylist and are starting points subject to change. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 100% of the originally scheduled service, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean losing some services or the appointment. Large appointments may require a non-refundable 25% deposit, and weddings require a 50% deposit.
