Color work ranges from root touch-ups and partial or full highlights to customized lightening for a complete change or heavy blonding, and a gloss service is offered between full color appointments to refresh balayage or highlights that look dull or brassy.

New clients are encouraged to start with a free 15-minute color consultation before a first color service. Modern customized color is priced all-inclusive, though price can rise for hair density, and clients new to that service are asked to book a consultation first. Color correction requires a consultation before the first appointment and is charged by the hour.

Booking policies are clear: a 50% cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rebooked. Waves or curls need a consultation added to the booking. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio is open Tuesday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Each client is served one-on-one in a private suite, with an emphasis on consultations before color work and on cuts shaped to the client's hair.
