Treatment planning is organized around five aging tissues: skin, fat pads, bone, muscle, and mucosa. Restorative work aims to return aging tissue to a more youthful state, while augmentation adds structure to balance the face. Augmentations are usually shaped first with temporary filler, and a patient who wants them can have them made lasting.

New patients reach the office by text, phone call, or referral, and online booking is not offered. Texts are answered personally by Christopher, with replies within one business day, and he sees a limited number of patients. The practice also takes patients referred directly by their own physicians, and through its trusted network it offers specialty referrals, clinic consulting, and second opinions.

Corrective filler work after a facelift, an accident, or earlier treatment is discussed privately in consultation. Hair restoration is offered by referral, and other services are explained in person. The office does not post a before-and-after gallery, which it describes as a deliberate choice.
