Lash appointments take place in private rooms and usually run 45 to 60 minutes. A full set of extensions typically lasts two to three weeks, so the studio offers relashes at week two or three, which fill gaps with new lashes and replace extensions that have grown out too far.

The studio uses products made in the USA, and its lash adhesive contains no formaldehyde. Lash and brow tints use a vegetable dye from Germany. Returning clients receive discounts, and the more often they visit, the more they save.

Before a lash appointment, clients should arrive without eye makeup and avoid oils on the eyes the night before. Between visits, oil around the eyes should be avoided for as long as extensions are in place, because it breaks down the adhesive. The studio also offers waxing for lip, chin, eyebrow and underarm hair.

The studio favors regular upkeep, recommending a refill every two weeks because a full set typically loses about a third of its extensions by around week two.
