The salon offers original Japanese nail designs and techniques. Staff attend nail exhibitions in Japan and bring the newest releases from Japan into their work. Many of the products are imported from Japan and are usually not available in the US, and the salon uses FDA-approved products. The salon describes itself as providing the best quality products and service, and it describes Apres Gel-X as the world's first soft-gel nail extension system.

Every service is by appointment. Bookings can be made up to three weeks ahead, and Saturday appointments are not open for pre-booking; they open only when a spot frees up. A waitlist is available. Guests can ask for advice on a nail style suited to them, and private room treatments are offered. An air purifier is used to reduce chemical odor, and equipment is sanitized after every guest. Very detailed designs need advance notice, which can be given by texting photos of the design.

Payments for treatments cannot be returned. A client who shows up late might be moved to a different day. Cancellations on the day of the appointment are not taken. Changing or cancelling with under 48 hours' notice carries a $60 charge. Gift certificates can be purchased, and major credit cards are welcome. Bookings are made by phoning (714) 544-2364.
