Hikari Studio is organized around four service groups: lashes, nails, pedicures and waxing. Lash options run from touch-ups and classic one-by-one sets to 2D YY, wispy cluster, Siren and all-mink anime style lashes. Nail menus cover soft gel, BIAB builder gel, Dual Form, hard gel, rubber base gel, gel refills, nail art and a full acrylic toe set.

Pedicures include a basic option, a regular pedicure with cuticle care, callus removal and a polish of choice, a refreshing pedicure, a floral pedicure and a seasonal option. Waxing is limited to lips and eyebrows.

Booking is handled through the studio's GlossGenius page. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and same-day cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Late arrivals get a grace period of 10 minutes for lashes, 15 minutes for nails and 5 minutes for pedicures, after which the appointment may be cancelled.

Several services require a deposit or a consultation first, and some are restricted to returning or prepaid clients. Returning clients have priority hours from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, and appointments must begin before 6 PM. Sunday appointments need approval before booking, and promo, discount or prepaid bookings are not accepted on Mondays or Sundays. Appointments outside regular hours carry a $20 fee.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold.
