Highland Longevity, founded by Dr. Joshua Lindsley, is a physician-led clinic in a ground-floor suite at 4801 Golden Triangle Blvd in Fort Worth. Its services cover hormone therapy, medical weight loss, medical spa treatments, IV therapy, recovery and performance care, and diagnostics. Patients come from across the DFW area, including Colleyville, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Haslet, Keller, North Richland Hills, Roanoke, Southlake, Trophy Club, Westlake and Fort Worth itself. Free parking is available directly outside the suite.

A visit usually starts with a free 30-minute introductory consultation, which can be in person, by phone or by video and is separate from medical evaluation and treatment. Baseline testing follows, including DEXA body composition, resting metabolic rate, VO2 max and lab work, and the clinic then builds a personalized plan. Plans are adjusted based on the data rather than a fixed schedule, with monthly coaching check-ins and quarterly data reviews. Hormone therapy patients who prefer virtual visits can book telehealth follow-ups.

Hormone therapy includes testosterone replacement for men, by pellet or injection with comprehensive labs and ongoing monitoring, and bioidentical hormone replacement for women in perimenopause and menopause. Medical weight loss uses GLP-1 medications, semaglutide or tirzepatide, which are compounded and not FDA-approved, and they are offered only when clinically appropriate after a review of medical history, contraindications and risks. Peptide therapy prescriptions are filled through FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies, which the clinic says have verified purity.

Pricing is set at the consultation, and according to the clinic, TRT has no hidden fees. Medication, separately ordered labs and standalone diagnostic packages are not part of the prices for medication programs.

Care starts with a free consultation, then body composition, metabolic rate, cardiovascular fitness and hormone measurements, and then a plan that is adjusted by the data. Treatment decisions are based on the patient's own results and followed up over time.

The IV lounge is described as spa-level, and the clinic has private consultation rooms.
