High Siddity Inc works mainly on hair extensions, scalp care and color, with services grouped into a set of named packages. Most packages begin with a Japanese head spa, a scalp session that includes cleansing, exfoliation, massage, steam, a scalp treatment and a hydrating hair mask. The salon is located in Suite 16 on Indiana Avenue in Indianapolis.

The packages cover a wide range of needs. Options include a maintenance visit, a silk press, a luxury quickweave, sew-in installs with and without a closure, a combined tape-in and sew-in, a wig install, custom hair color, and a braid-down with a bundle install. Two monthly programs are also offered, one with two appointments a month and one focused on continued care with a full install and a maintenance session. Visit lengths range from about 70 minutes for maintenance to around 300 minutes for the combined extension service.

Booking involves a deposit, which is $32 to $50 for most services. The Bundle Install can be paid in full or with a $340 deposit followed by $340 at the appointment, and additional bundles or a closure cost $100 each. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and the Bundle Install can also be paid through Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm. A Luxury Experience Package at $680 combines three bundles of luxury hair, a professional install and a Japanese head spa, and is priced $22 below the separate services.

Several services require hair to be bought from the salon, and some ask for an invoice ahead of the appointment. For the luxury quickweave, clients are asked not to bring Amazon or TikTok hair, and the salon lists the extension brands it recommends. Clients who do not call or show up for an appointment will not be able to book future visits. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice, and there is a 15 minute grace period.

Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM. The salon is closed on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. One client review on the site describes a relationship with the salon that spans more than ten years.
