The menu is grouped into body waxing, facial waxing, brows, lashes, facials and facial treatments, body treatments, add-ons and memberships. Several follow-up treatments are timed after waxing: the Vagacial is recommended about two weeks after a Brazilian, and the peach and underarm treatments are done two weeks after a wax. Lash fills are recommended every two weeks.

The Pretty Kitty membership is $65 a month and includes one monthly Vagacial. Members get a free jelly mask with each treatment (a $25 value), a complimentary high frequency treatment, 10% off retail products and 15% off other spa services. Member pricing stays locked while the membership is active.

The studio is open Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Most services need a deposit to book. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead avoids a no-show fee, while later changes forfeit the deposit and no-shows are charged the full service total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
