High Luxe Hair

High Luxe Hair operates from a suite on Eldorado Parkway in McKinney. The business centers on hair health, with the goal of supporting growth and length retention while paying attention to moisture and strength.

Heat services such as silk press are preceded by cleansing, conditioning and prep before the blowout, which is meant to lower the risk of heat damage. The business notes that heat damage is still possible.

Beyond the salon chair, the business sells hair products and clip-ins through its online shop. Orders are processed within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and USPS is the main shipping carrier, with Priority shipments generally arriving in one to three business days. International shipping is not currently offered.

Booking terms: appointments should be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and emergencies should be reported to the salon as soon as possible. Clients have a 5-minute grace period after which an appointment may be cancelled. Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred once. All hair product sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.

Payment is accepted by credit, debit, Zelle, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
