Appointments only, Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. A first visit usually starts with a consultation covering medical history and body goals, followed by a sample session on one body part to see how the body responds and to estimate how many sessions may be needed. Massage sessions can skip or focus on any areas the client chooses, and the plan is settled with the technician at the start. Clients can book ahead to request a preferred technician.

Sessions are grouped into one-hour body-part work starting at $200, two-hour full body sculpts priced from $300 to $400 depending on the package, and modality sessions that use lymphatic drainage, wood cups and tools, red light, radio frequency and ultrasonic cavitation. Infusions, including the Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolver, are presented as needle-free.

The studio also trains practitioners. Its Body Sculpting Bootcamp pairs a six-week virtual course with a four-hour live modality training held at the Carson location. The studio states it is an NMSA Accredited Educator and that its certificate lets graduates apply for a practitioner's license with the National Med Spa Association. Bootcamp graduates get a 60-day work permit after submitting that application. Listed costs for the bootcamp are a $900 scholarship rate against a $1,800 value, and separately $299.99 for the NMSA licensing application, $189.95 for mandatory NMSA classes and $39 for exam registration.

The studio says it uses only non-invasive body sculpting techniques and tools, with each plan built around the client's consultation and goals.
