Massage options include a standard 60-minute massage at $105 and a deep tissue massage of 60 minutes or longer at $115. Massages of one hour or longer come with hot stones on the back at no extra charge. Facials are priced at $110. The business also offers mobile massage for a minimum of two people at $140 plus a $30 traveling fee per therapist, and quotes special group rates for mobile groups of six or more by phone.
Several packages bundle massage, facial and body work into one visit, ranging from a 1.5-hour option at $165 to a 3-hour package at $360. Shorter add-ons of 20 minutes each (a mini facial, a back treatment and a foot treatment, all $40) can be paired with a massage, and all three together cost $110 for 60 minutes. A Hideaway Spa Special at $110 covers a 60-minute mix of a mini back, face and foot treatment. A couples package, the Hideaway Sweetheart Package at $299 per person, includes a massage, a facial, a foot treatment, champagne and chocolates, and is offered around Valentine's Day.
Booking is by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Massage and facial bookings go through the main line, and text is the quickest way to reach the business; callers from outside the country should phone instead. Because cell reception in the mountains is unreliable, callers are asked to leave a detailed voicemail describing the services they want. The business accepts cash (preferred), Zelle and Venmo. Package prices are already discounted, so discounts do not apply to packages.
