The studio treats each appointment as a conversation about a client's style, routine and goals. Creative ideas are paired with close collaboration, so the work reflects what the client wants to live with day to day.
Services are grouped into cuts and style and color. Cuts run from short and precision styles to longer lengths, with blowouts and bang trims available on their own. Color ranges from glosses and root retouches to full color, highlights and dimensional blonding, and color correction is offered as a separate service priced by the hour. Booking is online through Vagaro or by phone or text. The studio has no reception desk, so replies to contact form messages can take up to 24 hours. Street parking nearby can be limited, and the salon suggests parking behind the building on N Mississippi Ave, one block west of N Albina Ave.
Cancellations need 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full price. Clients who are unwell or have respiratory symptoms are asked to reschedule. Because individual stylists specialize, clients planning a major change are advised to book a consultation first to confirm the stylist offers that service.
