Hydration and glow facials include the Hydrafacial, which combines cleansing, extractions, serum infusion and radiofrequency, an oxygen infusion facial with dermaplaning and LED light therapy, the Skin Reset Facial for clogged pores and uneven tone, and the Red Carpet Glow Facial, designed for event-ready skin. Corrective treatments cover a carbon laser peel, Dermapen microneedling, a BioRePeel face peel with 35% TCA, BioRePeel body exfoliation, radiofrequency microneedling through the HG Morpheus 2.0 protocol, a pigmentation program with Lucente mesotherapy and at-home products, Pico laser fading of tattoos and permanent makeup, skin tag removal and a three-session teeth whitening package.

Anti-aging and lifting treatments are offered as single sessions or structured programs. Options include the Instant Lift Facial, the Pro-Age Renewal Facial, the Sculpt & Lift Facial with massage and microcurrent, the Exosomes & PDRN Facial, a four-session eye contour program with an at-home regimen, a four-session lift program for the face, neck and decollete, and a three-session Morpheus radiofrequency microneedling series. Visits are by appointment only, booked online or by message through the website, and walk-ins are not accepted. The Doral studio, at 1414 NW 107th Ave, is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Wednesday and Sunday, with complimentary parking on site. A valid credit card or deposit is required to book, and late cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows may be charged the service deposit or the full service price. Medical and emergency exceptions are reviewed case by case. Clients are asked to share any pregnancy, breastfeeding, conception plans or medication changes before treatment.

The HG Glam Membership runs for 12 months and includes up to nine signature facial experiences, 10% off eligible advanced and targeted treatments, add-on services and retail products, priority booking and a $50 annual account credit. It can be paid in full for $1,997 or monthly at $197 for 12 payments totaling $2,364. Membership renews automatically unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before renewal, fees are non-refundable once purchased, and treatments are reserved for the active member. Monthly plan members may request cancellation after the first three months with at least 30 days' written notice by email.

Private spa parties are held at the Doral location for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette parties, girls' days out, corporate wellness and other celebrations. Packages can include customized facials, skin analysis, skincare recommendations, massage, a private treatment room, a relaxation lounge and refreshments, and guests receive event-only pricing on products and services. The inquiry form asks for a preferred date, start time, a guest count of four to ten and an estimated budget. Skincare is sold through an HG online store and a SkinBetter Amazon store.
