Between 2020 and 2022 the business developed its own backbar formulas, a set of 18 or more professional-use products that its estheticians mix, match and layer during each appointment to suit the client's skin. The company says it spent two years on these formulas and that they support more than 125 treatment combinations. The business states that its formulas deliver three times the efficacy of off-the-shelf products.

A visit starts with a skin consultation and analysis, then a double cleanse and a treatment tailored to the skin. Instead of steam machines, the studio uses a warm steam compress with facial massage and oil pulling, which the business says avoids dehydrating the skin. Clients get an at-home routine afterward. The business recommends monthly facials, since skin cells renew roughly every 28 days. The Full Edit Facial runs 100 minutes and includes neck and decollete care along with three built-in enhancements.
