Hair services are grouped into color, cutting and styling, texturizing, tinting and waxing. Color includes balayage and ombre, which differ in how much of the hair is lightened and how gradually the shade transitions, along with de-colorization, foil highlighting in chunky or subtle styles, and single process color in permanent or semi-permanent formulas. Color is priced at an in-person consultation, and longer, thicker hair or regrowth beyond four weeks needs extra product and is charged accordingly. Texturizing offers perms in a range of curl sizes and two keratin smoothing options, with the Cezanne Perfect Finish system described as formaldehyde free. Waxing prices are finalized based on time and product used.

Hair concerns can be talked through in a free consultation at the salon. Every stylist and technician takes part in ongoing education. Stylists earn commission only. Booking policies: cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and clients with a communicable illness are asked to cancel. A first missed appointment can be rebooked once; after a second no-show or last-minute cancellation, a credit card is required, and later no-shows or late cancellations are charged the full scheduled service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without calling counts as a no-show. Children are welcome during services but may not be in the cutting area unless they are receiving a service, and strollers and car seats are not permitted there while a companion is being serviced. Gift certificates can be wrapped in store or mailed with delivery confirmation, with postage not included. A $25 referral certificate is given for each referred client who receives a service of $25 or more when the referrer is named. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, and closed Saturday through Monday.
