Color services are usually paired with a blowout or a haircut. Balayage, gloss and blowout combinations run about two and a half hours, or about two hours and forty-five minutes with a cut. Bleach-out and bleach-retouch services with gloss take roughly one hour and forty-five minutes to two hours and forty-five minutes. Gloss alone takes about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, a conditioning treatment about forty-five minutes to an hour, and a women's cut about forty-five minutes.

Every service begins with a consultation to talk through what the client wants, what they need and what they want to spend, including planning for future maintenance visits. Appointments fill up, so advance booking is recommended.
