Prepayments cannot be refunded. On arrival, clients send a text to the salon's main number; a 10-minute grace period runs before a missed appointment must be rebooked online. New dates open one month at a time, on the final Saturday of each month, and only one or two Saturdays are offered in that month. The salon is open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Before a wax, clients are asked to avoid shaving for 10 to 14 days, avoid trimming, and skip lotions, oils and deodorant on the area. Afterward, the business advises avoiding baths, saunas, hot tubs, pools and heavy sweating for 24 hours, and not shaving between appointments. Product pick up is available as a booking option.
