For women, the braiding menu covers knotless braids in shoulder, small, medium and large sizes, with mid back length as the default in the price. Stitch braids can be finished in a bun, a low ninja knot, a ponytail or a half-up, half-down style. Retouches are available for knotless braids and for stitch braids or feed-ins, though retouches only cover the first three front rows and only styles the stylist completed. Half-and-half styles pair feed-in or stitch braids in front with knotless braids in back.

Men can book stitch braids in a few sizes, and braids with a design, where the price can change with the design. Natural hair services include a shampoo and blow-dry, wash and wig braids, and silk presses; the silk press price depends on whether the client is new or has visited recently, and the service includes a customized treatment based on hair and scalp needs. Quick weave options are available with stitch braids, and the client supplies two packs or bundles of hair for the quick weave.

The studio also offers braiding classes for kids and adults. The Braiding Practice Bundle for kids includes a mannequin head and a holder for it. For most braiding services, braiding hair in natural colors 1, 1B, 2 and 4 is included; for other colors, clients bring their own braiding hair.
