Services are grouped into blonding, color, cuts and styling, Brazilian blowout treatments, sewn-in and beaded extensions, halo extensions, and bridal and wedding styling. Blonding options run from custom partial and full highlights to balayage and foliage, with versions that include regrowth color. Every blonding service includes a bond treatment applied in the lightener.

Color formulas are blended to each client and recorded in the system for every visit, so later appointments can be matched. Visits include Wi-Fi, still and sparkling water, other drinks, snacks, and a phone charger during color processing.

Extension work is customized to each client's hair and needs, starting with a consultation. Sewn-in extensions use no tape or glue and are colored to blend with natural hair. Installs take about 45 to 60 minutes per row, usually two rows, and the first move-up is generally scheduled about five weeks later, then every five to seven weeks. Pricing depends on hair cost, and a digital consultation form provides a quote. Halo extensions go on at home in under five minutes and typically last one to two or more years depending on wear. Halo consultations run about 30 minutes and include trying on sample halos in different lengths and thicknesses.

Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and no-shows are charged the full scheduled cost of services. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time, and no contact 15 or more minutes after the start time counts as a no-show.
