The menu covers manicures, pedicures and add-ons. Manicures include gel polish, Gel-X extensions in several lengths, soft gel overlays and Gel-X removal. Pedicures include a regular pedicure, a gel pedicure and a Delux pedicure with scrubs and massage. Add-ons are mainly nail art, priced in steps by how much detail is added, plus a Free Style/Card Game option. Nail art is billed separately and is not included with a manicure or pedicure. The salon also offers a manicure and pedicure combo pack and group sessions for clients booking together.

Booking carries a $30 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the full service price. Clients more than 20 minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged the full price, and clients more than 5 minutes late are asked to call ahead. Manicures and pedicures are not booked for clients with fungus or warts. Clients who have gel on their nails or toes need to add a gel removal to their visit.

According to the salon, prices rose slightly because of higher materials costs and reduced capacity.
