Services are grouped into cuts, color, highlights, balayage and foiliage, glosses, bleach and tone, perms, relaxers, smoothing treatments, scalp and hair detox, and extensions.
New clients who book a Brazilian Blowout or Keratin Complex are asked to pay a deposit in advance. Extensions are booked only after a consultation, which is free and takes about 15 minutes and is a good place to talk through steps toward the look or condition a client wants.
Clients can pay in person with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
