Blonding comes in three session sizes, starting at $100 for a quick refresh of face-framing pieces or money pieces, and rising to a full head of custom highlights or balayage with a gloss. Color corrections rebalance uneven tones or remove unwanted color. Extensions are done with hand-tied and i-Tip methods, using hand-tied wefts from Vera Hair Co. Extension hair is ordered for each client, paid in full beforehand, and is not kept in stock.
Stylists set their own availability, and clients confirm times directly with the stylist they want. Some stylists take walk-ins while others book by appointment only. Requests can be sent through the contact form, and the salon aims to reply within 24 to 48 hours by text or email. For weekend visits, booking at least a week ahead is recommended, and two to three weeks ahead over holidays. Larger appointments such as color corrections or multi-service half-day and full-day bookings may require full payment up front, and a 50% retainer may be needed to hold other appointments. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice. Payment is due when services are finished, checks are not accepted, and accepted methods depend on the stylist.
The salon offers a Model Call program in which select clients receive discounted or sometimes complimentary services in exchange for helping the team create and show its work. Participants agree to be photographed or recorded, and their images may be used by the salon and affiliated brands for marketing.
Each visit opens with a consultation about goals, pricing, timing, and expected results, so the plan is agreed before any service begins.
