It begins with an initial consultation and lab work, includes personalized support with tiered options based on goals, and continues with ongoing monthly care. The clinic also offers a weight loss track that addresses hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance and weight gain tied to perimenopause or menopause. Hormone replacement therapy uses bioidentical hormones, may include estrogen, progesterone and sometimes testosterone, and is given as creams, pellets, oral medications or injections. It starts with lab testing, symptom tracking and a personalized plan, and is priced as a custom package based on labs and the treatment plan.

Visits require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
