Every facial or treatment begins with a 30-minute skin consultation priced at $35, which can be done virtually. The fee is credited toward the first treatment when a client commits to a plan. The New Client Customized Facial runs 1 hour 30 minutes for $180 and includes a consultation and skin analysis, double cleanse, steam, exfoliation, extractions and a mask. Clients are asked to pause exfoliants and retinol at least 72 hours beforehand.
Corrective treatments address acne, hyperpigmentation and scarring through facial work, and can also be performed on the back and buttocks. The studio also offers corrective care for ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation on the vulva. The Acne Clearing Program is a three to six month course of bi-weekly sessions that include professional extractions, exfoliation and treatments adjusted to the skin's current state, paired with a personalized home care regimen. Enrolling requires a consultation, and the program is offered as a package with payment plans and Afterpay.
Waxing uses a hypoallergenic, vegan hard wax. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long on the day of the appointment, and clients are asked not to trim beforehand, since the studio trims if needed. A New Client Brazilian Wax is available for first-time clients at $75 and asks for at least three weeks of growth since last shaving or using Nair. Brazilian and bikini line waxes are offered to women only.
Appointments are booked through Fresha with instant confirmation. A 40% deposit is charged at booking and applied to the total, and the balance is due at the visit. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice to keep the deposit. A one-time intake form is emailed after booking and should be completed at least a day before the appointment. Cash, card (with a processing fee) and Zelle are accepted.
