The salon's eco focus runs through daily operations. It states that it is certified as a Green Circle Certified Salon and that 95% of its beauty and operational waste is recycled, including magazines, cappuccino capsules, color boxes, color tubes and product containers. Paperless billing, energy efficient lighting and appliances, glass drinking cups, recycled wood stirrers and recycled paper products are also part of the setup.

Color is central to the menu. The salon uses ammonia-free color and only a gentle lightener. Bi-Tone applies ammonia-free color in three steps for several shades and dimension and can be done on any shade. Diffused color combines a one-color process with balayage highlights or lowlights so both develop together, and the salon describes it as its most popular technique. Eco-Pash is its balayage service using ammonia-free lightening powder instead of bleach. Balayombré pairs bi-tone-style shades with balayage placed between sections for a gradual change from root to end, which the salon calls its newest healthy hair technique. Roller Mechés is a hand-painted highlight method on a reusable plastic sheet that rolls to the root, and it can be done alone or with another color process.

Haircuts follow a program technique that works with the natural fall of the hair, which the salon says makes at-home styling easier and shortens blow dry time. The salon says most clients who book its haircuts return every two to three months. Blow dries, gloss, Halo+, Hybrid PowerGloss, HP Detox and the HP Sleek smoothing treatment round out the menu. The salon describes HP Sleek as plant-based and formaldehyde-free, with no visible regrowth.

Clients can book by email, through the contact form, or by calling the location they want. Prices depend on the stylist tier, which is Protege, Professor or Mentor, and the salon states that all of its Protege stylists are licensed. Directors travel to Barcelona several times a year for workshops at Llongueras International Institute, then teach new techniques to stylists. Assistants attend a weekly in-salon class and can become teachers through a training system the salon calls Full Circle Education.
