The menu covers manicures, pedicures, gel, dip powder, Gel-X and soft gel sets, acrylic, removals and a range of add-ons. The HerNails Signature Gel Pedicure includes nail reshaping, a cuticle trim, a foot scrub, a sugar scrub, an oil and lotion massage and a hot towel. The Classic Pedicure is offered without polish, so clients may bring their own regular polish and sandals. Acrylic services are currently for existing clients only.

Clients are encouraged to choose add-ons such as soak off and designs when booking, since the price can rise if extra work is requested during the appointment. Repairs are priced by the work needed.

Booking policies: appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead have no fee, while later changes and no-call, no-shows are charged 50% of the booked services. Lifting, breaking or chipping reported within 7 days of an appointment is fixed at no extra charge. New clients are asked to arrive with bare nails when possible and receive a personal text to confirm. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
