Heritage Braids

Heritage Braids works from La Vergne, Tennessee, and offers braiding for women, men and children. The work centers on protective styling, meaning styles meant to keep natural hair protected between visits, and natural hair care treatments are offered before and after braiding.

The menu covers a broad range of braid types: box braids, including colorful and ombre options, knotless braids, cornrows, micro braids, crown braids, Senegalese twists, Marley braids and Fulani braids, which are known for their intricate patterns and beads. Hair extension braiding is available, as are braided updos, including for events. Clients can also request custom designs and unique patterns.

Clients book by phone or by requesting a consultation, and the business works by appointment only, with listed hours from 8AM to 8PM every day of the week. Visits are one-on-one, and maintenance touch-ups and retouches are offered between full installs.
