The menu covers braiding styles such as fully loaded braids, man buns and plats, along with kinky twists, crochet styles, traditional, closure, frontal and wig installs, and weave revamps. Hair services include hydration silking, a protein treatment, twist out styling, Brazilian bundles and a holistic hair health visit that covers scalp cleansing, a hydration steam, a scalp scrub, a blow dry and trims. Loc repair under the Antenna Love name is priced by style and number of repairs.

The tape-in transformation package is offered as a two-visit process. The first visit includes a detox and hydration shampoo, a blow dry or roller set, a tape-in install with hair up to 18 inches included, and blending and styling. The second visit is a re-tape, tightening and style refresh. Removal with cleaning is a separate service, and longer hair lengths add to the price.

Booking is handled by appointment. Multiple services or combined bookings must be held with a credit card, and a card hold may be placed to reserve a time. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged half the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Appointments booked within 24 hours must be cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time or half the reserved amount is charged. The business accepts payments, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
