Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a short colormelt or glaze that deposits tone on existing hair, to face frame painting that lightens the hairline and softens the front, to half and full head painting for more dimension or full vivid blonding. Vivid full color covers the hair with one or two colors, and accent vivid adds pops of color, color blocks or money pieces. Lightening has to be booked alongside vivid full color, and touchups cover regrowth only, for maintaining a full vivid or double process blonde or grey coverage when regrowth is under an inch. Touchups are not meant for highlights.

Cuts and other services include a length cut with shampoo and style, a short all-scissor cut with little to no styling, barbering that is mostly clipper work, blowdry and iron styling, and quick maintenance trims such as bangs or an undercut. Cuts and barbering are not gender specific. A free 15-minute color consultation is available for anyone with questions before booking color. The Aura Lakme keratin smoothing treatment is a longer 120-minute service.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows, which include last-minute cancellations and reschedules, are charged 50% of the scheduled appointment, and after two no-shows a client can no longer prebook. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the consultation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
