A visit starts with a consultation, where the esthetician plans treatments and homecare around the client's skin and daily life. Advanced treatments such as chemical peels are not offered to first-time clients until the esthetician has assessed skin type and sensitivity. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks for the best results. The spa is open Tuesday through Friday and on Saturday, and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Services are grouped into signature facials, hormonal skin care, acne and congestion correction, pigment and tone correction, and brows and lashes. Pregnancy-safe facials are available, and clients are asked to mention pregnancy when booking so the treatment can be adjusted. The spa also sells skincare products and keeps a list of recommended brands for clients who prefer to build their own routine at home.
