Founded by licensed esthetician Rose K., the studio is a private space where every service is booked by appointment only. The studio says it is not a medical spa and does not offer injectables or medical procedures, so its work is facials and skin treatments.

The Signature Facials are time-based. Clients choose a 45, 60 or 75 minute visit, and the esthetician adjusts cleansing, exfoliation, massage, masks and other modalities within that time. Extractions are not forced and are included only when appropriate.

HydroGlow is the studio's hydrodermabrasion facial, offered as a Classic or a Deluxe version. Both use Korean skincare formulations chosen for layered hydration and barrier support, and both include LED therapy. Many clients are new to facials, and the studio describes its approach as gentle, educational and unrushed. The studio suggests most clients come in about every four to six weeks.

Booking requires a valid credit card, which is held on file for late cancellation or no-show fees and is not charged at booking. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; shorter notice is charged at 50% of the service price, and a no-call or no-show is charged in full. Payment is due at the visit. Clients must be 18 or older or have written parental consent, and guests, children and pets are not permitted during appointments. The studio describes its facials as restorative, holistic and results-driven, and aims for an approach that is gentle, educational and unrushed.
