A large part of the menu is extensions. Hair is attached close to the scalp by weaving, braiding or bonding, using real or synthetic hair, to add length and volume. Options include traditional sew-ins, quick weaves, closure installs, tape-ins, U-part wig installs and K-tip maintenance, with optional hair included in some packages. The salon sells virgin hair in 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 inch lengths, which can be colored up to #27. An extensions touch-up membership is available at $100 every four weeks; it removes buildup, refreshes the style, checks the natural hair and confirms the extensions are secure.

Color services range from root touch-ups and full head refreshes to highlights, a three-bundle color and bleaching. A consultation is recommended before color transformation and bleaching, since the final price can change if extra steps are needed. Other hair services include silk presses, relaxers, a GK smoothing keratin treatment that the salon says can last two to five months, and add-ons such as protein treatment, moisture deep conditioning and detangling.

Many services take a deposit, which ranges from $15 to $300 depending on the service. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and a no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Membership and package benefits are applied automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. Hair sales are final.
