Sew-in and wig installs are the core salon services, and bookings also cover bond-ins, tape-ins and clip-ins, ponytails, braid downs, washes and removals, consultations, maintenance and refresh visits, and V.I.P, after-hours and travel appointments.

The Luxury Crown Experience is an all-inclusive appointment that covers hair, wash and install. Champagne or wine is included for clients who are 21 or older.

The shop carries lace wigs, body, deep, straight and water wave bundles, closures and frontals, plus styling and care products and accessories. Wigs, bundles, closures and frontals are made from 100% virgin human hair, which the business says can last one to three years or longer with proper care, depending on wear, heat styling, color and upkeep. Lace wigs are lightly pre-plucked in a standard cap size, and any customization such as knot bleaching, extra plucking or hairline work has to be requested before ordering.

Online orders are processed Monday through Saturday, with orders placed before 5:00 PM EST starting the same business day. Processing takes one to three business days and standard UPS shipping takes three to seven. Domestic shipping is a flat $11.00, orders ship only and cannot be picked up in store, and sales tax is added at checkout based on the destination. All sales are final, and damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery.
