The salon's work centers on tailored hair that looks natural, using soft, blended color, extensions and treatments for hair loss. Visitors commonly arrive hoping for added volume or length, color that stays in good condition, or help with thinning hair.
Lightening ranges from a partial or full application to a lower-maintenance face-and-hairline option, while the Refresh and Grey Coverage packages suit visits that need less. Extensions are color matched to each client's natural hair and custom cut into it so they blend, with placement planned around bone structure, scalp elasticity, hair density and comfort.
Booking runs through Square, and a credit card must be kept on file. New guests fill out a booking form and hear back within 24 to 48 hours with any follow-up questions. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a charge for part of the services, and a no-show may be charged the full amount. Returning clients are asked to book the first or last open slot for their service. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client $40 off their next service.
Every appointment is customized to the client's hair goals, lifestyle and hair health.
