Her Creationz

Her Creationz works on natural hair in a range of styles, including braids, locs, sew-in installs and everyday care. The portfolio includes traditional quickweaves, boho barrel braids, starter locs, basic retwists, retwists with barrels, boho loc bobs, small stitch braids, men's stitch braids and boho knotless braids over locs. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Payment is accepted by card, cash or tap to pay.

New clients begin with a 15-minute consultation for hair or scalp concerns or loc maintenance, booked before the first hair appointment. Starter locs also require that consultation before booking. Add-on services are chosen after the main service during booking. If hair arrives without being freshly shampooed and ready to style, a shampoo or detangle fee applies, unless a shampoo service is already booked. Same-day squeeze appointments add $25, early morning and evening appointments add $50, and holiday appointments add $75. Extra guests are not permitted, though one guest may occasionally be allowed when necessary.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice. A cancellation made under 48 hours is charged 25 percent, and one made under 24 hours is charged 50 percent. Same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service balance. Retainers are non-refundable, can be transferred once and are valid for up to 7 days. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies; after 20 minutes the stylist may cancel and charge 50 percent of the service balance. If the stylist runs more than 15 minutes late, the client receives a $15 late credit. Late starts for the new client consultation do not receive extra time.
