Clients book through the studio's online booking page. A non-refundable deposit of $30 secures the appointment and goes toward the service. An additional $2 of that deposit covers the card processing fee. Clients who want to avoid card fees can send the deposit through Apple Pay or Cash App.

The full balance is not paid on the booking page. Clients are asked to contact the studio to send the remaining payment.

The studio does not issue refunds. If something unusual happens with lashes within the first 48 hours after a service, clients can reach out for a complimentary touch-up, provided the request is made within 72 hours of the appointment. That complimentary touch-up is forfeited if the client tampers with their lashes, including with mascara, strip lashes, or strip lash glue. Instead of refunds, the studio offers fixes or rescheduling.

A second reschedule requires paying a deposit. Clients with rescheduling or cancellation questions can reach the studio by text or phone. Clients who feel ill at all are asked to reschedule.
