Color is a major focus. Dimensional color is custom-built, using balayage or foils placed to create multi-tonal depth, with base color, grey coverage or dimensional toning added as needed. For clients whose color has faded or whose roots have grown out, there are new growth base color and full base color refresh options, along with a demi-permanent color glaze that adds shine and tone and softens grey.

Haircuts use a French cut method, shaped freehand to the contours of the head, often on dry hair so that movement and weight can be judged. Each cut includes a scalp massage and a blowout style. Clients with thinned hair choose the below-armpit or thick density option when booking.

Beyond hair, the suite offers Brazilian Blowout smoothing and repair treatments, signature blowout styling, lash lifts and tints, brow waxing and tinting, and lip waxing as an add-on. The salon is gratuity-free, and new clients complete a digital consultation before their first visit so their style goals are known in advance.

Booking has firm policies. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, with fees for later cancellations, and arriving more than 20 minutes late forfeits the appointment. Gift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Cutting is shaped freehand to the head's contours and often finished on dry hair, with color built around each client's goals.
