Waxing and sugaring appointments usually run 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and the area being treated. Hair should be roughly the size of a grain of rice before the visit, which typically means two to three weeks of regrowth. Most clients come back every four to six weeks, while laser sessions are generally booked several weeks apart. The salon says results from waxing or sugaring typically last three to four weeks. With regular treatments, hair often grows back finer and more slowly.

Four different waxes and sugars are available, and the salon chooses among them based on each client's skin. According to the salon, clients with sensitive skin often choose sugaring, since its paste grips primarily the hair itself. The salon also states that both waxing and sugaring suit fine and coarse hair, although beard hair on men may be too coarse for these treatments. Estheticians there hold an advanced certification centered on reducing discomfort during treatments, per the salon.

Brow and lash services include brow tinting, brow shaping, brow lamination, lash tinting and lash lifts. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent, noninvasive service that temporarily adjusts the natural brow pattern, and the lash lift is a semi-permanent lift that does not use extensions. Lash tints last two to four weeks, and the salon says lifted, tinted lashes and groomed brows hold for six to eight weeks.

Memberships cover one service per month for the chosen area and service type, and areas beyond that need their own membership to get member pricing. They are billed monthly, can be canceled at any time without a cancellation fee, and unused monthly vouchers roll over if a client cannot come in that month. Members can use them at any Hello Sugar location depending on availability, and can freeze or cancel at no charge. Sign-up is available online or during an appointment. The Lifetime All-Access Pass offers the lowest laser pricing for every area through a monthly membership.
