The salon offers two hair removal methods. Sugaring uses a sugar paste that grips hair and also lifts away dead skin, while waxing removes hair from the root. According to the salon, repeated visits leave regrowth finer and thinner over time. Before a session, hair needs to reach roughly rice-grain length, which typically means two to three weeks of growth. Clients usually rebook every four to six weeks, and most appointments run 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and the area treated. The salon stocks four waxes and four sugars and chooses among them for each client's skin type. All estheticians have completed an advanced certification centred on techniques that reduce discomfort. The salon says sugaring is often a good fit for sensitive skin, because the paste clings mainly to hair instead of the skin's surface. Both methods are described as suitable for fine and coarse hair. Men are welcome to book, but the salon cautions that very coarse beard hair may not respond well to waxing or sugaring.

Beyond hair removal, the menu includes lash and brow services such as brow tint, brow shaping and tint, brow lamination, lash tint and lash lift. Brow lamination and lash lift are semi-permanent treatments, and the salon says their results hold for six to eight weeks. Enzyme treatments for the underarms and Brazilian area aim to refine dull skin and help with ingrown hairs, and intimate lightening is offered as a brightening service for sensitive areas.

Memberships are billed monthly and cover one service per month of the chosen type and area. Members receive a new voucher each month, and unused vouchers roll over if a visit is missed. The membership can be used at any Hello Sugar location, subject to service and appointment availability. The salon says members can save up to 20 percent on services. Memberships can be canceled or frozen at any time at no charge, with no cancellation fees or added commitment, and can be bought online or during an appointment.

Services are tailored to each client's skin and hair, and one of four waxes and sugars is chosen for each person.
