Hair removal by waxing and sugaring makes up most of the services here. Laser memberships are billed monthly and include one service per month for the chosen area and size. Unused vouchers roll over in months a client cannot come in, and memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time without a fee. Members can use them at any Hello Sugar location, subject to service and appointment availability. The salon says members can save up to 20% on services.

The salon focuses on comfort, results and a judgment-free experience, and matches the wax or sugar to each client. Waxing and sugaring are usually booked every four to six weeks, and laser sessions are spaced according to the hair growth cycle.
