About

Hello Sugar is a Hello Brands company that runs hair removal salons in Henderson and Las Vegas and also offers franchise opportunities. The business describes its approach as focused on comfort and results, and says it welcomes women, men and all skin and hair types.

Sugar paste lifts hair away while also exfoliating the skin, and according to the salon it is kinder to sensitive skin. Four different waxes and sugars are in use, and the one applied is chosen for each client. Most appointments run 15 to 30 minutes, varying with the service and the area treated, and clients are usually rebooked every 4 to 6 weeks. Before a visit, hair should have grown to roughly the length of a grain of rice, which usually means 2 to 3 weeks of growth. Coarse hair, such as men's beard hair, is not suitable for waxing or sugaring.

Laser hair removal is also offered, using a CoolBEAM laser that the business says is safe for all skin tones. The business says its laser providers are licensed and use FDA-approved systems, and that treatments are usually spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. It says most clients reach around 90% hair reduction in about 16 treatments. New clients can try one laser session at a reduced Try It Out price before choosing a membership. The Henderson Green Valley location is the one the business describes as specializing in laser.

Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time without a cancellation fee. Each membership includes one service per month for the chosen service type and area, with a new voucher each month. Unused vouchers roll over if a member cannot come in, and memberships can be used at any Hello Sugar location, depending on availability. The business says members save up to 20% on services and can freeze or cancel at no charge. The Lifetime All-Access Pass provides the lowest laser pricing for every area through a monthly membership. Appointments can be booked online, through the Hello Sugar app, or by texting a receptionist.

Hair is removed at the root with wax or sugar, and laser is offered for longer-term reduction. The salon says regular visits reduce hair growth over time.
